National Celebration of the Dutch Liberation Day
Between 1990 and 2003 Ilco's company Music Trends Events (MTE) was pionering in the experience marketing industry. Many successful events and campaigns were developed, for cities, companies and the social profit sector (see Ilco's LinkedIn profile). Asked by the National Committee on the 4th and 5th of May (Liberation Day) Ilco developed a yearly cultural & human rights project with thirteen Bevrijdingsfestivals, all on the Liberation Day. With yearly almost one million visitors its now the biggest theme based youth project of Europe.
Starting 1995 till 2001 Ilco also designed and produced the National Classical Concert celebrating Liberation Day in the centre of Amsterdam. This concert is yearly broadcasted live and visited by Her Majesty the Queen of the Netherlands, Beatrix.
