Ilco & Andalucia
Since April 2009 Ilco is living with his family on a romantic farm (with swimming pool!) next to one of the famous pueblos blancos of Andalucia: Montefrio. Olive yards and almond trees everywhere. The farm (in Spanish: cortijo) is called: Villa Africa, thus honoring our sweet memory of travelling for more than a year through all parts of this continent. Pure, rough and friendly Andalucia, with its Arabic touch, is maybe the closest Europe can come to Africa. Montefrio is just half an hour from Granada. Listen to the Lonely Planet, what they tell you about this city: "Some places in this world seem to have it all: the looks, the jewels, the sense of fun, a streetwise edge. Granada is one of those places. If there's one don't-miss destination in Andalucia, this is it." The Lonely Planet continues with 'the snowcapped Sierra Nevada' and so on. No more words needed. Just come and visit.
